1 2 1 Meditation | 120 mins | £80    

I offer a 121 Meditation option which includes two x 1 hour sessions with me, either in my Garden Room or we can work online if you aren't local to Manchester. Before the 121 sessions we will have a short planning session which will help me understand your needs and why you want to learn more about meditation, or start your meditation journey. I then create a bespoke course for you, which is designed to meet your requirements. We can look at ways to manage anxiety, stress, sleep issues or perhaps finding ways to be more present, all through the use of Meditation. Whatever your desire is to learn meditation, talk to me about it and we can discuss options for your course content. 

This option is £80, which is payable in full after the initial planning session takes place. 

If you would like a longer term 121 option then feel free to get in touch and we can discuss this in more detail. 

Couples / Friends Meditation | 120 mins | £100    

If you would like to learn to meditate alongside a friend or family member, then this two hour workshop with me, in my garden room is the perfect opportunity.

Each floor bed is heated and blankets, cushions, eye masks and refreshments are provided.

I will tailor the session to your personal needs and we will have the opportunity to try up to four different types and styles of meditation during our time together. We will also talk about the benefits of meditation, the science behind it and how incorporating meditation into our lives can help to manage and overcome difficult situations. 

The Zen Experience | 90 mins | £60 

Indulge yourself in the ultimate relaxation where hot & cold therapies, invigorating scrubs, soothing breath work, tension melting massage, blissful Indian head massage and a refreshing facial cleanse are harmonised together into this one special signature treatment. I can guarantee that you will emerge from this rejuvenating experience feeling utterly refreshed, cleansed and most importantly relaxed!

Enjoy a full body massage including face, chest and scalp. A perfect head to toe treat! 

Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage | 30 mins | £25 

Why not target the areas which often hold the most tension – the back, neck and shoulders get all of the attention during this express massage. 

Hot Stone Full Body Massage | 75 mins | £55 

The warmth from the basalt stones relieves tension and relaxes tight muscles. You may be surprised to hear that cold stones are also used on some areas of the body, mainly the face, to aid with detoxing the body. 

Mindfulness Meditation & Massage - The Perfect Combination! | 90 mins | £60 

A full body massage including chest, face and scalp incorporating mindfulness meditation and breathwork for the ultimate relaxation experience. 

Maple Garden Sleep Well Experience | 90 mins | £60

A good night’s sleep should be top of everyone’s selfcare wish list. Come and join me for an evening slot at Maple Garden and enjoy a full body massage with body scan meditation, which focuses on winding down and switching off each part of the body, ready for a restful night’s sleep when you return home.

A Moment of Calm Massage | 75 mins | £45

Why not give your mind and body a rest with this body massage, breathwork and meditation which focusses on restoring a feeling of calmness. Some basic meditation techniques will be used that you can practice again at home.

Chakra Alignment | 45 mins | £35

Indian head, chest and face massage with chakra (colour visualisation) meditation.

You don't fancy the meditation part of this treatment? No problem, just book an Indian Head treatment, which will be 35 minutes long & £30.

Pregnancy Massage | 60 mins | £45                                                                                       

If you are over 12 weeks pregnant, experiencing a smooth pregnancy and have your healthcare providers approval, then this is the perfect treatment for you. A top to toe massage to relieve common aches and pains associated with pregnancy and enjoy some self care before life gets busy!

My facials are performed using Eve Taylor, which is an aromatherapy skincare range. The products are free of artificial colours or fragrances and all products are animal friendly. Not only do the products smell incredible, but they also restore balance to the skin and mind. 

Dermaplaning | Optional Add-on | £20 plus the cost of the selected facial

Get your glow back with this bespoke facial. I perform a skin consultation to understand your skin type and problems before we start, then tailor the treatment just for you. Whilst the mask is working its magic you will have chance to relax whilst I complete a shoulder and chest massage.

If you would like an extra special facial, then why not upgrade the mask to one of my professional results options. These masks are ultra luxurious and are designed to tackle problem areas such as dryness, oily skin, fine lines, enhance skin clarity and leave your complexion looking bright and glowing. Hopi Ear Candling With Facial Lymphatic Drainage | 45 mins | £25                                                                                    

Hopi ear candling is a relaxing treatment which has other benefits such as managing ear wax build up, relieving migraines and sinus pain. The treatment is completed with a lymphatic drainage massage to the face and sinus area.
